Q. Why do you sell RELIABURN Premium Firewood Bricks?

A. We're a family-owned company and we heat our house with a wood-burning fireplace insert.  For years we tried to find reliable firewood - clean, dry and ready to burn.  Too often we ended up with wood that wasn't ready to burn, took up too much space and seemed to spontaneously create mess and debris.  We discovered wood bricks and we were hooked!  Now we want to share with you this superior alternative to firewood!

Q. What's in a RELIABURN Premium Firewood Brick?

A.  Our bricks are made of 100% compressed hardwood sawdust and wood chips left over from sawmills, millworks and other industrial sources.  There are no additives or binders, our bricks are compressed under intense pressure using special machinery to produce consistent, high-quality fuel for your fireplace, wood stove, campfire or anywhere else you would use traditional firewood!

Q. How many RELIABURN Premium Firewood Bricks are equivalent to a cord of firewood?

A. It turns out, that's a really complicated question!  Why?  Because firewood is so inconsistent.  We (very roughly) estimate that 1,000 lbs. of RELIABURN Premium Firewood Bricks is about equvalent to a "face cord" (a.k.a. 1/3 cord) of wood.  If you want to nerd out on the details, click here. 

Q. How does delivery cost?

A. We are happy to offer free delivery to select cities in our service area. Customers outside these locations may incur a delivery fee.
